THE SALEM WITCH TRIALS

“The devil came to me and bid me serve him.” These words of confession sparked the Salem Witch Trials of 1692.

Join historian Maya Rook and New Yorkers for Better Libraries for an exploration of this fascinating time in American history, and a discussion of how the story of Salem and portrayal of witches has developed over the past three centuries.

Tickets are $25 each and include 1 draft beer or cider ticket, light hors d’oeuvres and a donation to New Yorkers for Better Libraries. Cash bar and additional food options for purchase will be available throughout event.
